DOES HOWARD’S SHOES FOR CHILDREN HAVE MORE THAN ONE LOCATION?
Yes. We have two convenient locations in Cupertino and Palo Alto.

CAN WE RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?
We will gladly exchange unworn shoes for even exchange or store credit only. We do request that the original receipt be present when making a return. Accessories such as socks, tights and hair bows are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons.
Store credits do not expire and shoes must be exchange with in season of purchase.
CAN I PURCHASE AN ITEM IN ONE LOCATION AND EXCHANGE IT AT ANOTHER LOCATION?
Yes. We will gladly exchange unworn items in any location. Please make sure original receipt is present at the time of exchange.
DO YOU PRICE MATCH WITH COMPETITORS PRICES?
At Howard’s Shoes for Children we take pride in the service we provide to you and your children. We measure and fit your little ones and make sure they leave the store with proper shoes. Please keep in mind that you are not just paying for shoes but for our service and a hassle free shopping experience. Unfortunately we can not price match a price that you see online.
